I’ve been working on perfecting my version of the iconic Levain-style cookie—and I think I’ve finally cracked it. These cookies are crispy on the outside, soft and molten in the center, and packed with melty chocolate and buttery goodness in every bite.

Each cookie is almost a meal in itself, baked to that golden, just-underbaked perfection that makes them totally irresistible. I’ve added my own twist to make them uniquely mine, but still true to that famous chunky, indulgent vibe.
